This is my new project… the yarn’s soooo soft and rather difficult to work with. That’s why I stopped after 3 rows… heh

But I left it at work on Monday and keep forgetting to bring it home. Sorry, girls… I’m a tad behind. I’m still on my first patch… and it’s measuring at 5.5″ the last time I checked. urgh. (Background info: some of us girls are attempting to knit a baby blanket for a friend / expecting mother. Correct me if I’m wrong… but our plan’s to knit 6 patches each and somehow we’ll put them (24 patches in total) together into a baby blanket… before the baby starts to walk?)

Note to self (before I forget)…
knit all
knit slip knit slip
knit knit slip knit slip….. knit knit knit all
knit all knit knit slip knit slip… … … knit knit

hehe.. Martie! What are you knitting? It kinda looks like a giant wool sperm.
Pic 2 makes me think of the chinese flag minus the yellow stars.
what the heck, the next thing we know we’ll be going to Early Bird dinners! lol
oooohhhh, the lavender yarn looks oo-sooo-soft!! It’s beautiful, Martie! It’s hard to imagine you knit though! haha I wish I know how to knit.
Pic 2 & 3 – Very nice pattern. I’m sure your friend will appreciate it.
Hey Martie! Kev told me about your blog so I thought I’d drop by. Hope you don’t mind. Love your knittings! Some of my friends have gotten into knitting as well, it’s quite the trend, I hear. I’m thinking of getting into it myself to make use of my hands and time when I’m sitting in front of the TV.
Lookin’ good!!!
You are WAAAAAAAAY ahead of me, Mar. Am taking a mental break because the square I worked on ended up to be 6.5 in. So I have to start over!! Also, I need to finish up a scarf for Cat before the weather warms up too much. If everything goes well, I will finish it in less than 2 weeks and go like mad on the blanket again. I figure, we can present the blanket in time for the 1 month.

I had a major panic attack yesterday at the accupuncturist’s office. I took my patch out & was gonna work on it while I wait for my turn. I stared at it thinking how can it be possible that I “knit all” for both r1 & r4?!?! What am I doing?! Have I been knitting it wrong all along?! AAAAAHHHHH.
Latest update – I finished 2 patches! w00t! They need to be 6×6″, right? S’ok if it’s a bit bigger… not all patches will be exactly the same. Maybe the person who’s prone to make mistakes (who shall remain nameless *ahem* *cough* … … *cough*) will have some pieces that are smaller… say 6×5.5… then your extra .5 inch would come in handy!!

Eww. Now I don’t want to work on it anymore! What am I knitting? A SCARF, of course! I don’t know how to knit anything else!! hehe
i wanna knit, too~
Ena >> Just pick up a pair of needles and a ball of yarn… get VincentC to teach you! Or look up some simple pattern on the net. It’s not that difficult… if I can do it, anyone can! ^.^
